NeuroDash is a case trainer for neurological physiotherapists. It teaches stroke rehabilitation and vestibular assessment through short clinical cases that require a committed answer before the evidence is shown, and it schedules what a clinician gets wrong back into their rotation. It is self-published by an independent developer, runs in the browser and offline, and full access is $99 a year.
