The software does not take information about a person, does not evaluate anyone, and does not produce a finding, a canal, a side, a maneuver or a risk category. It formats what you have already written and prints it.
Every value shown here is published in the source named beside it, reproduced as the source states it, with the population it was measured in. Applying any of it to a person is your judgement and happens in your head, not in this software.
NeuroDash publishes this as its own work. It is not reviewed by an outside board-certified specialist and carries no continuing-education credit.
Clinic sheets
Four things you print. None of them looks at a patient.
- Exam sheetHistory, oculomotor, Dix-Hallpike with repeat rows, supine roll, head impulse and skew, balance. Latency, direction, duration, fatigability, in that order.
- Home programmeGaze stability, habituation, standing balance, walking. You write the dose. The Hall 2022 doses sit beside the blanks, with the populations they were measured in, for you to read and apply yourself.
- TimerEpley, Semont, Lempert roll. Published ranges, not round numbers. The Semont holds have no clock, because the guideline ends those steps on the nystagmus stopping and a countdown would teach you to watch a number instead of the eyes.
- Outcome measuresDHI, DGI, FGA, ABC. Published thresholds with the population each was derived in, and the smallest change that beats measurement error. No item text: each instrument stays its copyright holder's.

What none of them does
None of them asks about a patient. The sheets print blank and you fill them in; the timer runs a clock you start; the measures state what a paper published and apply it to nobody.
That is the architecture rather than a policy. This part of the codebase has a boundary that fails the build if anything inside it can reach the network, and permits no text input of any kind. It was committed and watched failing on a deliberate violation before the first sheet was written — retrofitted onto four working tools, it would have been a smaller change to relax than to satisfy.
