Refunds

30-day full refund, no questions
Within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason. No questions, no thresholds.
After 30 days, prorated on annual plans
On annual plans, after the 30-day window, NeuroDash will refund the value of the unused months. The unused-month value is the annual price divided by 12, multiplied by the number of full calendar months remaining in the current period as of the refund date.
Monthly plans do not have prorated refunds after 30 days. To stop billing on a monthly plan, cancel — access continues through the end of the current period and the next charge does not occur.
Founding members
The 30-day full refund applies to founding-member subscriptions the same way. After 30 days, founding members are on a monthly billing cycle and cancellation rules match the monthly plan above. The founding-member price stays locked for life of the subscription; if you cancel, the locked price is not transferable and the seat may be reissued.
How to request a refund
Two ways:
- Open the account page and click “Manage in Stripe portal”. The portal supports cancellation; for a refund within the window, write to support after cancelling.
- Email hello@neurodash.co with the subject “Refund request” from the account email. No reason required. Include the approximate purchase date.
Expected timeline
NeuroDash acknowledges the request within 2 business days and issues an eligible refund within 5 business days of acknowledgment to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on the issuing bank — typically 3 to 10 business days after NeuroDash issues it.
On refund, the subscription is cancelled immediately and access ends on the same day.
