NeuroDash is an educational tool for licensed clinicians. It is not medical advice.

All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician. NeuroDash content must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.

1. Educational Purpose Only

NeuroDash provides clinical education content — including weekly evidence-based briefs, research summaries, domain-mapped practice questions, and case studies — for licensed physical therapists, other healthcare professionals, and students enrolled in accredited healthcare programs. All content is intended solely for professional education and continuing competency development.

2. Not a Substitute for Clinical Judgment

Nothing on NeuroDash constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation for any specific patient. The information provided:

  • Does not establish a clinician-patient relationship between NeuroDash and any user or patient.
  • Does not replace a thorough patient examination, clinical history, or professional assessment.
  • May not apply to every patient presentation, comorbidity profile, or clinical context.
  • Should be interpreted in light of the clinician's training, experience, and knowledge of the individual patient.

All clinical decisions — including assessment, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention selection, and discharge planning — remain the sole professional responsibility of the treating clinician.

3. Evidence Currency and Limitations

NeuroDash summarises peer-reviewed research and clinical guidelines. However:

  • Research evidence evolves. A brief published today may be superseded by new evidence.
  • Summaries are necessarily simplified. The original source should be consulted for full methodology and limitations.
  • GRADE ratings (Strong / Moderate / Weak) reflect the quality of the evidence base at time of publication, not the clinical importance of the intervention.
  • NeuroDash does not guarantee that any summarised intervention will produce the same outcomes in a given patient population.

4. No Emergency Use

NeuroDash content is not intended for use in emergency or acute care situations. If you or a patient requires immediate medical attention, contact emergency services or the appropriate clinical team without delay. Do not rely on NeuroDash content in time-critical clinical situations.

5. Scope of Practice

Users are responsible for ensuring that any intervention, assessment tool, or protocol discussed on NeuroDash falls within their professional scope of practice, is permitted under applicable state or national licensing laws, and is consistent with their employer's policies and procedures. NeuroDash makes no representation that any described intervention is within the scope of practice of any particular user.

6. Third-Party Research and Guidelines

NeuroDash cites third-party research, clinical guidelines, and professional organisation publications. These citations are provided for educational context only. NeuroDash is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the organisations whose work is cited, including ABPTS, APTA, or any journal publisher.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroDash and its creators, contributors, and reviewers expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential harm arising from clinical decisions made in reliance on NeuroDash content. This includes, without limitation, patient injury, adverse clinical outcomes, or regulatory sanctions arising from the application of any information provided through the service.
